Training Activities to implement the Data Protection Reform

Project description

The project revolves around the organization of training activities for Data Protection Officers (DPOs), the new figure introduced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The fast-growing importance of data in people’s lives makes data protection an ever more crucial theme. Privacy, cybersecurity, Internet of Things and Big Data are only a few of the research topics that TAtoDPR focuses on, in order to provide public authorities as well as enterprises and private organizations new personnel that is capable of performing DPO duties.

The project is co-financed by the Rights, Equality and Citizenship (REC) Programme of the European Union.
