Position

We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as a EU Project Designer (Internship).

The selected candidate will support the team in writing and managing research and innovation project proposals funded through European, national, and regional programs.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and analyzing funding opportunities (Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, etc.);
  • Supporting the drafting of project proposals and related administrative documentation;
  • Assisting in project management and reporting activities;
  • Researching potential partners, liaising with institutions and stakeholders, and analyzing relevant policy areas;
  • Monitoring and updating funding sources relevant to R&D.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in European Funding Management or similar specialization (e.g., Europrogettazione, EU Project Management);
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Economics, Management Engineering, International Relations, or related fields;
  • Genuine interest in research, innovation, and technology;
  • Good understanding of the functioning and structure of the European Union, its institutions, and funding mechanisms
  • Basic knowledge of EU funding programs (e.g., Horizon Europe, LIFE, Interreg, Erasmus+);
  • Accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to work in an international, multidisciplinary team.
