Position

We are seeking a Technical Business Manager with strong expertise in electronics and automotive sectors to join our commercial team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge technical innovation and business development across both electronics and automotive industries, with a focus on expanding our presence across European markets.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute business strategies for both electronics and automotive technology solutions across European markets
  • Manage client relationships with industrial electronics customers, automotive OEMs, and technology partners
  • Lead technical sales presentations and product demonstrations across diverse industry sectors
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to translate market requirements into product roadmaps for both electronics and automotive applications
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence in electronics and automotive sectors
  • Support project management activities for complex automotive integration projects
  • Travel extensively across Europe to meet clients, attend trade shows, and develop new business opportunities
  • Act as technical liaison between engineering teams and commercial stakeholders


Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related technical field
  • 3-5 years of experience in electronics industry, automotive sector, or related technical sales/business development
  • Strong understanding of electronic systems and automotive technologies
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or technical account management across industrial sectors
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (up to 50% of time)

  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Location: On-site work in Modena
