Position

We are looking for a passionate Client & Market Specialist to support our commercial growth and strengthen client relationships.

This role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to identifying new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with customers.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and develop the client portfolio, ensuring loyalty and strong, lasting relationships.
• Learn our products and services to provide tailored solutions to clients.
• Support sales strategies, from prospecting to following up on opportunities.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and on-site visits nationwide.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to align commercial proposals with client expectations.
• Monitor market trends and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, contracts, and sales reports, supporting overall commercial performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong commercial aptitude and results-driven mindset.
• Proactive, dynamic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Other information

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Location: Based in Modena
