Position

RE:LAB is looking for a Systems & DevOps Engineer to strengthen our internal IT and cloud infrastructure.

You will work on modernizing our internal services, improving automation workflows, and ensuring the stability and security of our development environments. The role involves a mix of systems administration, cloud operations, and DevOps engineering, with the opportunity to influence tooling and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server systems, virtualization environments, and core IT infrastructure.
  • Configure and operate cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS or equivalent also appreciated).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting internal development teams.
  • Use containers and Kubernetes for deploying and orchestrating internal services.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives using scripting, IaC tools, and process improvements.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and reliability, proposing enhancements where needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows system administration and related IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure preferred).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of containerization and Kubernetes fundamentals.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong interest in automation and modern DevOps practices.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python), IaC (Terraform, Ansible), or monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
