Position

We are looking for a motivated Electronics Engineer with expertise in audio technologies to join our development team. The candidate will be involved in hardware design and software development for advanced automotive audio systems, combining electronics engineering with acoustic expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Design electronic circuits for automotive audio applications and signal processing
  • Develop audio processing software for microcontrollers and DSP systems
  • Collaborate in the design of innovative automotive audio systems and acoustic solutions
  • Implement digital signal processing algorithms for audio enhancement
  • Support testing and validation activities for audio performance and quality
  • Participate in research and development projects for next-generation audio technologies
  • Work with acoustic modeling and audio system optimization
  • Contribute to audio measurement and characterization processes

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Music and Acoustic Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of audio signal processing and digital audio technologies
  • Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, Python) with focus on audio applications
  • Experience with electronic design software (Altium Designer or similar)
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers and DSP systems
  • Understanding of acoustic principles and audio system design
  • Knowledge of audio measurement tools and techniques

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automotive audio standards and protocols
  • Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink for audio algorithm development
  • Familiarity with audio codecs and communication interfaces
  • Understanding of psychoacoustics and audio perception
  • Experience with real-time audio processing systems

Other information

  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Location: On-site work in Modena
