Position

The Position

The selected candidate will be integrated into our UI development team and will have the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams composed of developers, product managers, UX designers, and other industry professionals.

Main activities:

• Graphic development of modern and intuitive digital interfaces
• Creation and optimization of reusable UI components
• Collaboration in defining design systems and style guides
• Design of high-fidelity wireframes and mockups
• Interactive prototyping to validate design solutions
• Active participation in brainstorming sessions and project reviews
• Support in implementing responsive and cross-platform solutions

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Product Design, Service Design, or related disciplines
• Practical skills in Figma
• Strong motivation to deepen skills in UI development
• Passion for digital design and user experience

Nice to have:

• Skills in UX Design
• Knowledge of HMI (Human-Machine Interface) interfaces
• Portfolio of digital projects
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility principles

• Duration: 6 months
• Schedule: Full-time
• Start date: To be agreed based on candidate availability
• Work location: On-site, Reggio Emilia HQ
