We're strategically expanding our internal web development capabilities with a focus on building a center of excellence for strategic projects ranging from innovative internal tools to high-level client solutions. We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong back-end orientation who will become a key technical leader in this evolution.

Experience and skills:

• Solid web development experience with strong back-end focus
• Ability to work on front-end when needed (expertise not required, but openness is)
• Knowledge of scalable architectures and best practices
• Experience with API design, database design, and system integration
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and team work

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years web development experience (including freelance/personal projects)
• Strong back-end orientation with ability to work on front-end
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
• Passion for quality code and solutions

Position Details:

• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Location: On-site work in Reggio Emilia
