Position

Are you passionate about people, organizations, and how they grow?

We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our Human Resources team and support a variety of HR generalist activities — from recruitment to onboarding, training, and internal communication.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and people operations, within a dynamic consulting company working in the automotive and IT engineering sectors.


What you’ll do

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Assist in onboarding activities and HR administration
  • Help organize and update employee documentation
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of training initiatives and internal programs
  • Take part in daily HR operations and people development projects

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law (with focus on labor law), or Economics
  • Genuine interest in people management, organizations, and workplace culture
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and a team-oriented attitude
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
