Position

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our innovative R&D team focused on static driving simulation technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive simulation systems and contribute to the development of advanced driving simulation software that shapes the future of automotive testing and research.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement software solutions for our static driving simulator platform
  • Develop high-performance applications using C++ and simulation frameworks
  • Work with SCANAR and other automotive simulation tools to create realistic driving scenarios
  • Optimize real-time rendering and physics simulation systems
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with simulation hardware
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
  • Contribute to research projects and prototype development for next-generation simulation technologies


Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Strong proficiency in C++ programming and object-oriented design

Experience with real-time systems and performance optimization

Knowledge of 3D graphics programming and rendering pipelines

Familiarity with simulation software development principles

Understanding of automotive systems and vehicle dynamics (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SCANAR or similar automotive simulation platforms
  • Experience with HMI development and user interface design
  • Understanding of CAN bus communication and automotive protocols


Other information

Position Details:

  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Location: On-site work in Reggio Emilia
