Position

We are looking for a Test & Validation Engineer to join our team and work on technical activities related to testing, diagnostics, and validation of automotive systems.

This position is ideal for a junior profile, such as recent graduates with a strong motivation and interest in hands-on technical work.

The role involves:

  • Functional testing and validation of electronic components and systems;
  • Diagnostics, including advanced diagnostic activities on ECUs and automotive systems;
  • Understanding the basic software logic behind the systems under test;
  • Practical hardware validation, requirement verification, and analysis of test results;
  • Reporting, documentation, and interpretation of test outcomes.


Requirements

  • A degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields;
  • A strong inclination toward hands-on work, experimentation, and technical/practical activities;
  • Ability to understand basic software behavior and logic;
  • Precision, attention to detail, and reliability;
  • Excellent English language skills, written and spoken;
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe, potentially over 75% of monthly working time, in compliance with applicable regulations.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

The role requires frequent travel across Europe, accounting for approximately 75% of the working time.

This is essentially a field-based (travelling) role, ideal for candidates who enjoy dynamic environments, customer-facing activities, and hands-on work in different locations.
